If you suddenly realise that your child has found your homeopathic remedies and has decided to eat a whole bottle of them at once, you can first of all rest easy in the knowledge that your child will be absolutely fine!

Because of the nature of homeopathic remedies and the way they are made, what matters is not the number of pills you take at once, but the frequency in which you give them.
This means that if your child swallows a whole bottle of homeopathic pills at once, it is like having one single dose! The only thing you might notice is a sugar rush!
If your child has eaten many different remedies together, you can still rest easy knowing they will not have harmed themselves. However, apart from noticing some side effects of too much sugar it is worth letting your homeopath know what they had! They might have dosed themselves with something useful!
The beauty of homeopathy is that if a homeopathic remedy is not correct for someone then it will do nothing at all.
Obviously it is good practice to keep any medicine out of children's reach and to teach them they cannot help themselves, but on this occasion they will have done themselves no harm.
